I just finished reading the January 2012 issue of Magicseen. I thought the article on Cyril Takayama was amazing, and shared some interesting stories, i.e. Why Cyril was awarded 2nd place at FISM and no 1st place was awarded. There is also a great article on making the jump from semi-pro to a professional magician. I think the business advice is pretty straight-forward, but it’s one of those things where it doesn’t hurt to read it again.
